Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product
Kindly email to yesbeaute@xiaoyuan.com.sg with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Delivery Order
Please note that any return/refund can only be made within 14 days of receipt.
Items replacement is subject to stock availability. Otherwise, a refund or store credit voucher will be issued to you within 26 working days from the date we received your return.
Any discount vouchers applied and credit will not be refunded. We regret that we will not be able to refund your original shipping charges, unless the return was the result of our error. Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Yes Beauté.
Our brands and products may react differently on different skin types and conditions. It is always important to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify, sensitivities with certain ingredients. If you experience an allergic reaction, Please send description of what occurred along with the image of affected area to yesbeaute@xiaoyuan.com.sg . We will communicate this to the brand representatives and help find an appropriate solution.
