RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Product refunds, returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. We reserve the right not to entertain refund, return or exchange requests if:
- you have failed to inform us of your request within 3 days of receiving the parcel, the product seal has been damaged
- the product has been opened and used
- the returned product is not in its original condition
- sale items
4. For returns and exchanges, you may be required to bear the additional shipping charges.
5. Kindly note that for orders that have been refunded or returned, we are unable to refund any reward points that have been deducted during the initial purchase.
